The employees of Navratna Defence PSU Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) have contributed an amount of Rs. 50 lakhs to the Karnataka Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for relief work in flood-hit areas of Karnataka.
Mr Gowtama M V, CMD, BEL, and Mr R N Bagdalkar, Director (HR), BEL, handed over the cheque for Rs. 50 lakhs to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Karnataka, Mr H D Kumaraswamy, today at Bengaluru. Dr G Parameshwara, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka, and senior officers of BEL were present on the occasion.
