Mahindra Comviva Bags Three Awards at Aegis Graham Bell Awards

Mahindra Comviva announced that it has won three awards at the prestigious Aegis Graham Bell Awards at a glittering award ceremony held recently in New Delhi. The award ceremony was attended by Hon'ble Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office and Dr. Sam Pitroda, Father of Indian Telecom Revolution.

Mahindra Comviva's RADAR won the award for “Service Innovation”; mobiquity Wallet mTap for “Innovation in mCommerce” and TerraPay in the “Innovative Payment solution” category.

Mahindra Comviva’s Rapid Auto Detection and Advanced Reporting (RADAR) is an autonomous model that facilitates the capture of data pertaining to QoE, performance and QoS. This is carried out through a combination of mobile simulation, trend analysis and data analytics. It helps operators identify and resolve service-related issues, improve customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and enhance their market position.

mobiquity® Wallet mTap is an end to end HCE mobile payments solution including Tokenization. It allows banks to quickly deploy contactless HCE payments solutions by providing a cloud abstraction layer of the complex rules and regulations in mobile NFC payments. The mobiquity® Wallet mTap HCE offering allows payment applications that reside on consumer’s device to emulate card payments at the NFC interface. Tokenization strengthens the security in an HCE payment solution by replacing sensitive data with unique identification symbols that retain all the essential information about the data without compromising its security. mobiquity® Wallet mTap has enabled a leading private sector bank in India to launch country’s first HCE-based contactless payments at NFC POS.

TerraPay, a mobile-first international payment network incubated by Mahindra Comviva offers wholesale remittance service to wallet providers. Built on a unique model, TerraPay digitizes the entire payments chain by connecting the expanding mobile wallet infrastructure. It interconnects financial services providers, mobile wallet service providers, money transfer operators and banks and payment platforms – to create a ‘one network’ for secure and seamless transnational movement of funds. It facilitates a broad transaction set including interpersonal transfers, e-payments and government disbursements.

Manoranjan Mohapatra, CEO, Mahindra Comviva, said “We are delighted to receive these awards, as they are recognition of our ability to deliver innovative solutions and services for the service providers. With innovation at the heart of our business strategy, we believe that by delivering world-class mobility solutions to our customers, we will not only enable business transformation but also social and economic transformation of all sections of the society. We will continue to innovate and build a sustainable mobile ecosystem for our customers.”
