Aspect Software is launching its next generation customer engagement platform on 16th November 2016 at the Gartner Symposium 2016. This prestigious event is the India chapter of Gartner’s Symposium series which is termed as the world’s most important gathering of CIOs and senior IT Executives, which will be held in Goa this year. Many senior executives from Aspect Software will be in present in India during the launch, including Jagannath Narendran, Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific and Middle East, and Sanjay Gupta, Head-Cloud Business, APAC and Middle East and Managing Director- India and Middle East, Aspect Software.
