Uniphore Opens Office in Bengaluru; to hire 80 -100 employees

Uniphore Software Systems, Chennai-based speech recognition solutions company, announced opening of new office in Bengaluru. Uniphore will add more than 100 people in the next 15 months to their Bengaluru operations.

The Bengaluru Office will accommodate teams dedicated to research & development, business development, consumer technology and professional services. Sanjeev Gadre, Chief Marketing Officer & Sr. VP-HR, Uniphore Software Systems, will be leading the Bengaluru team.

Commenting on the plans to expand footprint in India, Sanjeev Gadre, Chief Marketing Officer & Sr. VP-HR, Uniphore Software Systems said, “Coming to Bengaluru is a natural progression for a company that works on core technology. Expanding across markets, Uniphore is building foothold In Singapore, Philippines and UAE, emerging as one of few companies dedicatedly working on Speech Technologies. “Recently we also appointed Douglas Peris as General Manager-Asia Pacific & Middle East so that we simultaneously  work towards expanding our business in Asia Pacific and Middle East region,” said Ravi Saraogi, Co-Founder and COO, Uniphore Software Systems.

Uniphore Software Systems is headquartered in IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai and currently has offices in India, Philippines and U.A.E with 80 employees spread across all locations.
