TAM International, a logistics company with global footprints and the owner of two well-known brands Surpluss.in (B2C) and Bizpluss.in (D2R), announced a definitive agreement under which TAM has acquired Thailand based brand of electronics, Abaj World.
The deal, which was a mix of cash and equity, will see Mr. Nirav Patel, Founder Promotor, Abaj Electronics, join the board at TAM. Abaj will merge its entire operations into TAM International. Mr. Patel will drive the technology and sourcing of specific products for Surpluss.in and Bizpluss.in. The company is yet to decide whether Mr. Patel will be in India or abroad.
