xolo era is a diffective mobile,so,it cannot b sold in open market.Thats why,snapdeal and xolo selling it online.After sales nobody taking (including service centre} responsible towards its service. I have purchase it from snapdeal online, they supplied me a battery diffected piece,and now making excusse for returt it.
