The Forum also touched upon the Modi Government's ambitious Digital India project and the modernisation of India Post.

The Jaipur chapter of IndiaMART Emerging Business Forum was preceded by the success of the event in Faridabad, Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Kolkata. The Forum witnessed the presence of SMEs from varied industries like textiles, gems and jewellery and many more, and created a huge positive stir among them.

According to Mr. Dinesh Gulati, Director IndiaMART, "The Indian e-commerce industry needs to increase the reach of its players and traders to generally non-serviceable areas, thereby boosting overall growth. We have witnessed overwhelming success from our Emerging Business Forum held at other cities and we now look to replicate the success story here. Jaipur, being a major business hub for a lot of small and mid-sized businesses, is perfectly poised to reap the opportunities offered by the e-commerce revolution.”
