Today, Microsoft announced that all Office 365
customers will get unlimited OneDrive storage at no additional cost.
The roll out will start today, first targeting
Office 365 Home, Personal and University plan subscribers. More
details around the roll out for OneDrive for Business customers will
be shared through the standard Office 365 roadmap website.
Today’s announcement of unlimited storage is just one small part
of Microsoft’s broader vision to deliver a single experience across
work and life in order to help people store, sync, share and
collaborate on all the files that are important to them. During our
earnings call last week we mentioned there are now over 7 million
Office 365 Home and Personal Subscribers.
