Infor Expands Public Sector Focus to Federal Government

Infor announced a comprehensive model of enterprise applications and technology solutions that are geared towards the Federal Government. The new suite for federal government expands Infor’s reach in the public sector, where the company has thousands of customers at the local, regional and state level. Infor is currently working with approximately 300 customer organizations that function within federal government. To lead this initiative, Infor has hired industry veteran, Wayne Bobby, as vice president for Infor’s Federal government solutions.

“In the past few years, Infor has gained considerable ground in the industry by deploying our solutions in countless regional and local government organizations around the world. This expansion to focus our offerings to better meet the needs of the Federal government is a natural progression for our organization,” said Kevin Curry, senior vice president, Public Sector, Infor. “By hiring Wayne Bobby, we have secured a proven leader who will enable us to quickly grow our Federal objectives.”
