Management Development Program on Strategies for Success


Custommerce Service Excellence Foundation a not-for-profit organization striving to create a customer experience driven, globally competitive, Indian economy is conducting a two day Management Development Program (MDP) on 5th and 6th December 2013 in Chennai on "Customer experience management - strategies for success". 

Custommerce Service Excellence Foundation will bring together industry thought leaders, practitioners and participants to address delivery of customer service beyond mere customer satisfaction. 

The MDP will be spearheaded by Mr. Ramesh Venkateswaran, Chairman Custommerce, Visiting Professor – IIM; Mr. C.K. Sharma, Independent Director – TI of India Ltd.;Mr. Ramanujam Sridhar, CEO, Integrated brand-comm, Mr. Shankaran Nair, President & Chief Strategy Officer, Servion. 

The program will see the focus turned on the heart of the matter – customer expectations from your brand and the customer experience you are delivering in reality. In addition, the important role research, strategy, branding and technology play in customer experience will be explored in detail. Hands on interactive sessions on how to incorporate key lessons learnt is a key highlight of this program. 

Core modules covered are ‘How will you be a part of your customer's life, Do you live up to customer expectations, How is your brand relevant to a customer's life & Do you make the customer’s life easier’.
