Indusface, a SaaS based cloud application security organization, expanded its global management team with the appointments of Mehul Shah as Chief Strategy Officer, formerly from VeriSign and Venkatesh Sundar as Chief Technology Officer, to address strategic growth and technology innovation.

Insecure web and mobile applications continue to drive the demand for strong application security and compliance practices across enterprises, where 8 out of 10 applications have serious vulnerabilities, dangerously impacting business profits, customer data and brand reputation. Indusface with IndusGuard, its successful flagship suite of application security products has witnessed exponential growth in this area, securing an expanding base of over 600 customers worldwide. Mehul Shah will spearhead Indusface's aggressive strategy for growth and expansion. He comes with over 15 years of rich global techno commercial experience. He has a deep understanding of various technologies within internet security, telecommunications and IP technologies. He will leverage an overall understanding of global geography dynamics, as well as key CXO level relationships for potential business development as Indusface looks to expand to newer territories via strategic partnerships. Mehul has a MBA from Fuqua School of Business (Duke University), Masters in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, and B.E. Electrical Engineering from the University of Pune.

As Chief Technology Officer, Venkatesh Sundar will be responsible for product and technology innovation, engineering, research and development. Venkatesh has been with Indusface for nearly four years, contributing immensely to Indusface's success. He has a unique combination of being a strong technologist and seasoned sales person for over 15 years, making him the right choice to enable Indusface's new product development to enhance its application security portfolio for customers worldwide. Venkatesh has a MBA from Queens University, Canada and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune.
