India is one of the fastest growing markets for Apple where it follows Samsung in terms of marketshare by revenue in the smartphone domain.
Of late, Apple has started focusing on the market quite seriously and have pitched a number of cost-effective iPhone models in India. Ingram Micro is the official distributor for the market. While the company official do not interact with media in India, the information reaches mostly through distributors and news running in the air.
